Letters Home: A World War II Scrapbook, Documentary

Description

On March 27, 2021, Maralyn was interviewed by the Crete Area Historical Society about this project. The documentary video of that interview provides context and additional details on the scrapbook and her life. An issue of The Crete Record, dated August 20, 1942, was printed to pay tribute to Crete's fighting men. That newspaper is highlighted in the documentary and included in this collection as well.
